Building a sustainable tomorrow BAM UK & Ireland is recruiting a Pre-Construction Manager, to join the Construction segment. This is a hybrid role, offering a blend of home working and office presence in either our Manchester or Leeds locations. The role will involve travel across the Northern region, supporting a range of exciting and diverse construction projects. Reporting to the Pre-Construction Director, you will be responsible for managing the preconstruction process on a range of construction projects within the region from tender to main contract award. Making Possible: o Preparing the preconstruction programme, taking into account all design/pricing activities, 3rd party approvals and internal / external governance o Leading PCSA deliverables to achieve main contract position that achieves governance requirements, including overseeing design management, commercial activities, programme & methodology, risk & opportunity management, procurement and supply chain engagement, stakeholder engagement, contract deliverables such as Contractor’s Proposals. o Working closely with estimators and quantity surveyors to develop the commercial strategy including profit plan. o Managing t...
