Overview The Talent Acquisition Advisor drives AmeriCorps member recruitment by managing regional pipelines, executing sourcing and screening strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Serving as a consultative advisor to program teams, this role uses data and insights to address recruitment challenges, fill open roles with mission-aligned candidates, and support Ampact’s service goals. Responsibilities: Candidate Pipeline Development: - Build strong candidate pipelines through recruitment marketing, advertising, passive sourcing, and outreach. - Monitor application flow daily, addressing gaps to meet regional hiring targets. - Manage requisitions and candidate records in iCIMS; leverage platforms such as Handshake, LinkedIn, and community networks. - Develop and maintain partnerships with schools, workforce centers, and nonprofits to strengthen referral pipelines. - Represent Ampact through online engagement, events, and community presentations to promote AmeriCorps opportunities.
