SNA International, a world leader in forensics, biometrics, and identity intelligence, is currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Editor with a strong work ethic to join the team. SNA International’s team works together in pursuit of the same cause: to build a safe and just world by empowering organizations in the use of forensics, biometrics, and identity intelligence. This position will be responsible for the copy editing of final drafts of Southeast Asia Conflict Case Narratives, Case Summary Reports, and Indo-Pacific Reports from the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA). *** This is a 100% onsite position on the island of O’ahu in Hawaii. Critical Work Responsibilities include: - Perform substantive, structural, and copy edits of Case Narratives, Case Summary Reports, and other Indo-Pacific Reports for organization, completeness, accuracy, and readability. - Review the reports for compliance with the language, style, and formatting requirements of the Indo-Pacific Style Guide and SOPs. - Develop style guides that adhere to Agency standards. - Work closely with Agency historians, archaeologists, and analysis throughout the editing process. - Edit to improve sen...
