SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Director of Communications, the Business Development Representative is responsible for promoting the mission, quality, and breadth of services offered through Camino a Casa and Camino Education. This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with referral sources, educating community partners about available residential and outpatient programs, and supporting a strong and consistent referral pipeline in collaboration with the Admissions team. The Business Development Representative serves as a key connector between Casa Pacifica and external referral partners, including school districts, SELPAs, hospital systems, private physician practices and other community stakeholders.
