We are seeking an experienced and hands-on National Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function across a growing national business. Reporting to the Director and leading a team of two, this role is both strategic and operational —perfect for someone who can drive HR initiatives while remaining close to the day-to-day needs of the business. About the Role: In this role, you’ll lead the way in building a strong, people-focused culture across the business. As National HR Manager, you’ll oversee HR, WHS, and engagement initiatives, working closely with leaders to provide practical, strategic advice while guiding the HR team to deliver meaningful, consistent outcomes. You’ll also engage directly with our store network, with occasional travel to provide hands-on training and support where it matters most.
