We're looking for a dedicated social worker to join our team as our program is in its second year. Work with lower, middle, and high school students and their families in this specialized non-public program. Responsibilities: - Provides social work services to students, including psychosocial assessment and treatment/interventions, including but not limited to individual and group therapy, case management services and family support if needed. - Participates in interdisciplinary school committees. - Provides appropriate documentation according to departmental guidelines, including but not limited to required IEP documentation, progress notes, psychosocial assessments, supports the team in the development of the Functional Behavioral Assessments, Behavioral Intervention Plans, and reports for outside agencies. - Functions effectively within a...
