Security Manager

Description The JOB: The Security Manager is responsible for the oversight of safety and security of the hotel, as well as guest satisfaction. This person will work 3 to 4 overnight shifts and remaining shifts will be day and/or evening shifts. This role will conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure all areas are safe and secure, respond to guest and employee emergencies, complete incident reports and supervise the security team. This role will also lead the property during overnights, assisting front desk, night audit, valet, housekeeping and room service when needed. The Security Manager leads the Safety Committee, ensures compliance with OSHA standards and promotes safe work practices. The Security Manager is also a service-oriented professional with the ability to create memories that will last a lifetime!
