We are seeking a Senior L&D Trainer who understands sales from the inside and enjoys partnering directly with sales teams and dealer organizations. This is not a traditional L&D role . It’s a sales-first, field-facing position for someone who respects the pace and pressure of sales and knows how to translate strategy, product knowledge, and selling skills into measurable performance improvement. In this role, you’ll design and deliver engaging, high-impact learning experiences that help sellers show up with confidence, credibility, and clarity in front of customers.
