This role has authority to make changes in the system as required and manage the system end-to-end so as to ensure optimal overall safe, reliable performance. Job Description: ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 1) Troubleshoot, analyze and correct problems with assigned plant system. 2) Implement and assist with process improvement projects and/or related programs. 3) Coordinate activities of employees in maintenance, energy production, lab, coal handling, or outside contractors as required. 4) Consult with or actively seek advice from Region Plant Engineering. Education: Engineering Bachelor’s degree from ABET accredited school with equivalent experience; or other Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience; or Associate’s degree with equivalent experience; or high school diploma or GED with equivalent experience.
