Role Summary: This role is responsible for executing on the strategy for development, approval, and management of Inflight Training curricula at Alaska Airlines (AS) and Hawaiian Airlines (HA). As a people leader, the Manager of Inflight Training Program Development leads and establishes priorities for the team to manage Inflight training development, program implementation and assist with instructor education and calibration programs.
