Job Description: The Office Manager is responsible for managing all administrative activities, receptionist duties and facilitating the efficient running of the office in addition to assisting with event management. The day-to-day activities can vary from helping to get lunch orders, maintain office shared drives to assisting with the smooth coordination and running of meetings during the hours of 8:30am to 5:30pm. This role will suit an organised, motivated, forward thinking & mature minded individual that is passionate about maintaining an organised office whilst promoting GYG's values and displaying energy and enthusiasm for the unique brand.
