Job Description: Overall Purpose and Objective of Position: This position operates equipment for the boiler, biodiesel, glycerin and lecithin process areas of a soybean crushing and biodiesel plant. Primary function is to ensure that these processes are operated and controlled in a safe and efficient manner in compliance with government regulations and Company standards.
