Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year Job Description: Management Analyst: Constellation seeks a Management Analyst to join our Homeland Security Team in Washington, DC. The Management Analyst will play a critical role in enhancing the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the agency by evaluating the processes, people, and technology for our clients’ operations. This position involves conducting organizational studies and evaluations, developing processes and procedures, conducting research, and providing recommendations to improve systems and workflows. The Management Analyst will also be responsible for conducting measurement studies and preparing operational and procedural manuals to support management in decision-making.
