Description HOURS: MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8AM TO 5PM (ALTERNATING WEEKENDS): Summary & Objective: The Occupational Therapist is responsible for the assessment and evaluation of patient care needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, home assessments and adaptive equipment, and other occupational therapy needs as defined by medical condition and in accordance with the policies and procedures of Catholic Home Health Services. Essential Functions: *Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position. - Determines a treatment plan, performs interventions aimed at improving and enhancing the patient's wellbeing, and evaluates the patients progress. - Plan and administer prescribed skilled Occupational therapy treatment and training for patients suffering from various injuries, illnesses and functional disabilities to attain highest level of Physical function. - Test/screen patient's daily living/work-related skills and develop therapeutic retraining programs with measurable objectives. - Administers and interpret diagnostic and prognostic tests of function to patients in...
