Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills with staff, clients, community providers, and families. Develop, plan, and implement occupational therapy interventions and group sessions using a multi-modal, evidence-based, and trauma-informed approach to promote recovery and functional outcomes. Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments addressing both psychosocial and physical deficits, applying appropriate OT interventions.
