The Mid-Corp Industrials Relationship Associate is a strategic member of the relationship coverage team. This role involves close collaboration with bankers and internal partners, serving as a key point of contact for delivering exceptional banking experiences to our Mid-Corp Industrials clients. The Relationship Associate will also be responsible for global liaison with local coverage and product partners to support initiatives that drive growth and revenue generation. Responsibilities: Builds relationships with client network and operational teams, becoming a key contact navigate Citi’s extensive network and coordinate local coverage, controls and product support, problem escalation and resolution, driving client satisfaction Work closely with Bankers, Product Partners and Know Your Client (KYC) Operations team to ensure the clients Citi KYC profile and due diligence are maintained in line with current client profile and regulatory requirements for both new client on-boarding and renewals processes.
