We Know You: You have at least three years of meaningful experience working at a midsize or large law firm on public company and private company securities transactions and 1934 Act reporting requirements , with additional experience in mergers & acquisitions a plus . You are familiar with ’33 and ’34 Acts and feel comfortable reviewing and preparing SEC filings, public and private offering documentation and advising clients on compliance obligations.
