Overview Bowhead seeks a Systems Engineer to join our team supporting NIWC Atlantic. The Systems Engineer will work directly with the client analyzing complex and unique technical support assignments and collaborate with software engineers, hardware engineers, cybersecurity personnel, and program analysts within a scaled agile environment. This position is 100% onsite. No hybrid/flex or remote work schedules are permitted for this effort. Responsibilities: - Install, configure, and support Minotaur Mission System (MMS) hardware and software across lab and operational environments.• Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot systems, including servers, workstations, storage devices, and applications.• Collaborate and ensure robust, secure, and compliant network solutions support mission objectives.• Analyze detailed system designs and functional requirements to ensure proper integration and performance of Minotaur systems.• Provide end-user support, addressing technical issues and optimizing system functionality.• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement system updates, patches, and performance enhancements.• Test, document, and validate system configurations, ensuring compliance wi...
