R2Net Inc. is an innovative technology company that provides e-commerce and supply chain platforms to connect the entire span of the diamond industry’s ecosystem, including manufacturers, retailers, and consumers. The Manufacturing Quality Control Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and continuous improvement of the Manufacturing QC function. This role owns quality outcomes across in-process customer orders, reverse logistics, and select finished goods, ensuring consistent application of quality standards and the efficient and timely completion of work. The Manager partners closely with factory leadership, Production, and Assigning teams to align quality control operations with broader manufacturing and business objectives. In addition to managing daily and weekly workflows, this role is accountable for developing team capabilities, establishing scalable processes, analyzing quality data, and driving improvements that reduce defects, rework, and delays.
