The Director / Game Day Operations will provide operational guidance to the Game Day Operations staff and will work with a dynamic team of event professionals to organize athletic events. Responsibilities include: Organizing home events, tournaments, and special events. Serve as a liaison for officials and game personnel. Ensure game operations run on schedule and according to the ACC and NCAA rules. Coordinate ball retrieval personnel for individual sports. Hire and schedule qualified game personnel to operate scoreboards, shot clocks, sound systems, etc. Collaborate on logistics with essential personnel; police, rescue, concession, facilities, event staff, marketing, parking, etc. Monitor crowd behavior and report any issues to appropriate staff.
