Job Description Aramark Ireland is growing, and we’re excited to announce new opportunities within our Head Office team. We’re looking for talented, driven individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and supporting our business operations. Job Responsibilities: Operating and ensuring accurate information is entered into the internal programme QFM Maintaining and updating all electronic filing, and completing special assignments and tasks Supporting Helpdesk Operations as required (e.g., call logging, invoicing, general admin duties) Being proactive and flexible in supporting general office, contract, and helpdesk administration duties Management of ticketing issues Complaints management Change control (including defects, accidental damage, variations) Purchasing and requisitioning Payroll processing Qualifications: Strong governance and procedures focus: Ability to plan and prioritise effectively Excellent customer service skills Good communication skills Strong influencing skills Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Project, and CAFM systems
