As a Software Engineer Sr within PNC's Enterprise Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, or Birmingham, AL. Candidates should have experience with the following: Provide reliable day‑to‑day support for production and non‑production applications to ensure system stability and business continuity. Deliver production and application support by monitoring system performance, responding to incidents, analyzing logs, and resolving issues using tools such as Dynatrace, API traces, and application logs. Troubleshoot application issues across layers, including APIs, SQL queries, and Oracle databases, performing root‑cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
