Greencroft Goshen is hiring a Maintenance Line I - Seasonal Summer Help to help keep our campus buildings and apartments in great condition. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working with tools, fixing things, and staying active. What You'll Do: Complete general maintenance repairs and work orders Assist with apartment turnovers and renovations (demo, drywall, trim, carpentry) Help residents with move-ins and move-outs Assist with event set-up and tear-down Transport supplies across campus using golf carts Support other maintenance projects as needed What We're Looking For: High school diploma or GED: Basic carpentry and repair skills: Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, or mechanical systems helpful Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 80 lbs occasionally Reliable and able to work independently Why Work at Greencroft: Stable, full-time position: Variety in your day – no two days are the same Team-oriented work environment: Opportunity to support a community that serves seniors Apply today to join a team that helps keep our campus safe and running smoothly.
