Our client, a well‑established Mechanical Contractor: with a team of 30 including in‑house installation crews, is seeking a Mechanical: Project Manager to oversee HVAC and plumbing scopes on new‑build commercial and institutional projects . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced construction environment, understands mechanical systems deeply, and can confidently manage drawings, scope, costing, and field execution. Key Responsibilities: Manage: full project lifecycle for HVAC and plumbing installations on ICI new‑build projects Review: mechanical drawings, specifications, and submittals to determine scope, materials, and installation requirements Perform: take‑offs, cost assessments, and assist with estimating extras and change orders Prepare: and issue RFIs, track responses, and ensure design clarity for field teams Coordinate: with GCs, developers, engineers, and internal installation crews Maintain: project schedules, budgets, and documentation Conduct: site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and support field supervisors Ensure: quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to mechanical standards Participate: in project meetings and provide reg...
