Job Description: Job Purpose/Overview The Supply Chain Development manager acts as the business process expert for existing and future Supply Chain processes across the North Europe cluster . He or She is responsible for deploying and implementing the market Do It Best ‘DiB’ (Cost, Service and Sustainability) programme, both from an Annual Execution Plan and long-term strategic perspective as well as driving / designing new capabilities across the end-to-end supply chain. Key Responsibilities: Leads development of Supply Chain performance and capabilities across the North Europe Cluster (UKI and Nordics), taking a continuous improvement mindset toward driving Quality, Service for our customers and cost effectiveness / value for our business Leads deployment of new technical & digital solutions across cluster (e.g. processes, systems, tools) Drives standardisation and harmonisation of process and reporting across cluster Proactively identifies gaps and opportunities to drive continuous process improvement and DiB (‘Do It Best’) programme across Cost (5% target savings YoY) and Sustainability (8% Co2 intensity reduction YoY) Leads continuous improvement of Cost to Serve tool and mind...
