We're excited to be expanding our team in EMEA with the addition of a Senior Business Director, EMEA based in Madrid, Spain to help us continue to deliver an excellent service to our clients across the EMEA region. In this role you'll be responsible for the end to end delivery of CI&T's services along with building the business strategies to meet the goals, and execute plans to grow the accounts and region.: Responsibilities: Ultimate responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of CI&T’s services to its clients; overall ownership of the account. Define and implement strategies to meet business goals, ensuring effective project execution according to the established roadmap. Support business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and enhancing client engagement strategies.
