About the Role: As a Junior IT Operations Engineer at OLX Group, you will join our frontline IT support team, playing a crucial role in ensuring smooth IT operations and providing exceptional technical support to company employees. You will be involved in both local and global IT projects, enhancing IT services, and streamlining operations across the organization. Contract: 1-year full-time employment. Location: Warsaw, Poland (hybrid). What will you be doing?: Provide frontline support for technical issues, autonomously addressing and resolving employee inquiries and system problems. Diagnose and resolve issues related to Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Atlassian, Okta, network infrastructure, and client operating systems including Windows and macOS. Oversee the deployment and management of client software using tools like Jamf and Intune. Ensuring hardware inventory is maintained in order and meets company standards. Contribute to global IT projects aimed at enhancing IT infrastructure and services. Create, maintain, and update documentation for IT processes, troubleshooting procedures, and system configurations.
