About the Role iCapital is looking to hire a Legal Intern to join the Legal team to support a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. The ideal candidate will be able to work closely with the Legal and Compliance teams and cross-functional business teams, assisting with contract review, legal research, document organization, and day-to-day legal operations. This role offers hands-on experience with real business issues while building foundational in-house legal skills. Responsibilities: - Draft and review various contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and other legal documentation. - Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, and regulatory topics and prepare concise research memoranda. - Support the development and maintenance of standard form agreements and internal legal resources. - Assist with legal aspects of internal projects involving corporate governance, vendor relationships, and strategic initiatives. - Perform ad hoc research projects.
