POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Vice President of Procurement is responsible for developing and leading the enterprise-wide procurement strategy across all brands, business units, and operating entities. This role provides executive oversight of strategic sourcing, category management, supplier relationships, third-party manufacturing, and procurement operations, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives for growth, margin, risk management, and customer experience. As a key member of the Operations leadership team, the SVP of Procurement is accountable for leveraging total company spend, driving cross-brand synergies, standardizing procurement governance, and delivering measurable value through cost optimization, innovation, resilience, and strategic supplier partnerships. This role collaborates closely with senior leaders in Merchandising, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, Product Development, Quality, and Technology.
