About the role The Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for streamlining the demand creation process within the BG Marketing organization and interfaces intensively with multiple stakeholders in the Marketing Team, Sales Operations Team, Product Groups & Finance to provide business data timely, accurately and transparently. In addition, the Marketing Operations Manager collaborates with all Regional Commercial Marketers to build a unified Marketing Strategy over the regions, maintaining customer strategies with suitable development programs and service levels What you will do: Customer Classification: - Develop and implement customer classification strategies to segment and target key customer groups effectively - Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities (TAM-SAM-QSAM) for personalized marketing efforts Stakeholder Coordination & Alignment: Rolling Financial Forecast (RFF) rollout and control - Coordinate and manage the alignment process between Sales Teams and business groups - Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams like Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, IT to provide business data timely, accurately and transparently - Ove...
