SUMMARYWholesale Biller: Organizes, gathers and processes customer documentation for automotive deal.ESSENTIAL DUTIESEssential Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.· Files within appropriate file system all dealership forms, records, reports, correspondence, or other important material.· Completes paperwork necessary for funding of vehicle sales and leases in a timely and efficient manner.· Completes all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc., before forwarding to state for processing· Processes all federal, state, and dealer paperwork related to vehicle transaction.· Audits deal paperwork for accuracy, compliance and completion.· Posts deal into general ledger.· Maintains an adequate and current supply of all required contracts and paperwork needed for completion and finalization of car deals· Conducts business in an ethical and professional manner.· Maintains a professional appearance.· Keeps work area neat and clean.· Performs other duties as assigned.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE· High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; and 1 or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of educatio...
