Description: Reporting to the Executive Associate Dean (EAD), Medical Education, with accountability to the School of Medicine (SOM) Chief Operating Officer (COO), oversees core administration and daily operations for all educational training programs within SOM, including Graduate Medical Education (GME), Undergraduate Medical Education (UME), MD/PhD Program, and Academic Health Professions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Leads the implementation of key business and strategic initiatives, outlining action plans to propel and improve the overall effectiveness and efficiency of educational delivery systems within the SOM. - Directs the planning, development and monitoring of all program-related budgets within Medical Education. - Oversees revenue/expense reporting, forecasting and reconciliation procedure. - Reviews and ensures timely submission of education budgets in compliance with Business and Finance gu...
