At our newest location, "The Village," located just off of La Jolla Village Dr, we are introducing a new, Neopolitan-style wood-fired pizza concept. Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team. In this role, you will be involved in various tasks including food preparation, pizza making, dishwashing, and customer service. While previous experience is not required, familiarity with Neapolitan-style pizza is a bonus. Key Responsibilities: Food Preparation: Assist in preparing ingredients for pizzas, including chopping vegetables, preparing dough, and making sauces. Pizza Making: Learn and participate in the process of crafting our signature wood-fired pizzas. Proper Workstation Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
