Job Description Your Role: In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and advancing BEUMER Group’s ServiceNow platform landscape. As part of a global, cross‑functional environment, you will help evolve governance structures, processes, and technical standards while supporting the platform’s long‑term maturity and adoption across the organization. Your Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and enhance ServiceNow CSM and ITSM solutions across core modules - Develop flows, scripts, UI policies, IntegrationHub spokes, and upgrade‑safe customizations - Build and manage integrations with external providers, including SLAs, OLAs, contracts, and vendor coordination - Establish and maintain governance for release cycles, data models, error handling, and security boundaries - Apply security best practices and maintain documentation for compliance and audit purposes - Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to refine requirements and continuously improve the platform - Support platform adoption through demos, knowledge articles, training sessions, and performance analytics Your Profile: - A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a comparable field - Several years o...
