Plant Buyer - Location: Lüleburgaz About the job: The Plant Buyer is responsible for coordinating all local procurement activities of the manufacturing site. The role ensures alignment with the Corporate Procurement strategies defined by the European headquarters and collaborates closely with the Turkey-based Procurement office. The Buyer supports the deployment of group procurement initiatives, manages local procurement needs, and conducts negotiations on minor or low-to-medium spend categories. This position plays a key role in ensuring cost competitiveness, supplier performance, and compliance with corporate procurement processes. Main responsibilities: - Corporate Procurement Implementation - Act as the main contact at the Istanbul plant for all Corporate Procurement initiatives. - Deploy and monitor the implementation of corporate purchasing plans across key spend families (packaging, raw materials, indirect spend). - Ensure site-level compliance with corporate contracts, preferred suppliers, and purchasing policies. - Coordinate with the Corporate Procurement team in Europe to provide data, feedback, and visibility on local performance. - Local Procurement Activities - Manage...
