Job description

Overview The Program Manager (PM) leads a designated contractor team. The assigned program supports a range of professional services and IT related task areas within a federal organization. The PM will manage the contractors, both on-site and remote, across all the various projects within the program and serve as the direct interface with the Agency COR and Deputy Division Chiefs. The PM will manage the contract metrics, performance, and onboarding of all team members. The PM will also serve as the central point of contact for the day-to-day contract support operations. The PM will demonstrate strong management and leadership skills; strong technical skills; the ability to work effectively in a small team environment; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong organizational and planning skills; a record of successful experience working within a federal government environment. This work will be performed ONSITE at the office located in Germantown, Maryyland.
