Description: Enterprise Transformation Strategist plays a hands-on role in delivering initiatives across benefits design, digital experience, AI adoption, data & analytics, operational redesign, and member & provider journey transformation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Supports 5 to 8 enterprise initiatives by developing project plans, tracking milestones, documenting risks, and preparing executive updates. - Analyzes workflows, map processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions grounded in systems engineering principles. - Develops business cases, cost/benefit analyses, and operational models for proposed initiatives. - Prepares dashboards, presentations, and communication artifacts for governance meetings. - Supports development of communication materials, training guides, and readiness assessments. - Participates in change champion groups and facilitate small-group sessions. - Helps measure...
