- Location: Stratford, Ontario, Canada - Compensation: $26,000 annually - Job Type : Part-Time Contract (6 Months) - Schedule: Flexible Schedule with Evenings & Weekends Required Job Overview: The Lifestyle Rental Assistant is responsible for assisting and supporting the Lifestyle Rental Consultants and Lifestyle Rental Supervisor with professionally completing follow-ups with prospective tenants for the ultimate purpose of renting suites. Qualifications: - Be the first point of contact for incoming leasing phone calls and emails. - Assist with showing units to prospective tenants. - Assist with checking credit references and other application processing. - Ensure customer service satisfaction, conduct customer service calls following tenant move ins. - Demonstrate strong customer service skills. - Excellent communication skills. - Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve effectively. - Demonstrate enthusiasm and energy. - Multi-task, organize work flow and remain detail oriented. - Work independently as well as with a team. - Knowledge of the Landlord Tenant Act, Human Rights Code and other applicable legislation would be an asset.
