Job description

Chemonics seeks a Senior Commodity Procurement & Lab Manager for the Global Health Supply Chain – Procurement and Supply Management (GHSC-PSM) project in Haiti. The Senior Commodity Procurement & Lab Manager will direct and manage the procurement, shipping, VAT exemptions and laboratory stock management activities under the GHSC-PSM contract. The Senior Manager will coordinate and liaise with other partners, such as USAID, LNSP, PNLS and suppliers, to ensure the timely ordering and delivering to the last miles of Lab commodities based on national supply chain. He/she will also assist in the supply chain management of family planning methods as well as laboratory reagents and consumables to support HIV/AIDS care and treatment and other programs. Additionally, he/she will ensure approved lab PEPFAR equipment are covered with Maintenance and Service agreement and appropriate consumption data are collected on a regular basis.
