Overview The Services Productization and Benchmarking Associate Specialist position will be responsible for maintaining the Cybersecurity Services catalog, including providing leadership updates, working with teams to ensure up to date and accurate information, along with being the liaison to the larger Services & Transformation Services team. In addition, this position will assist with benchmarking and program management activities. This role will work across the entire Cybersecurity function including the Cyber Fusion Center, Business Information Security Officers, GRC, and Security Engineering to collect their benchmarking and services data points. This role will drive automation efforts to further improve and streamline customer facing services. Finally, this role will be responsible for ensuring the catalog is kept evergreen.
