Job Summary: Interact with patients, guests, physicians and other members of a multi-disciplinary clinical team to create an exceptional patient experience. Responsible for supporting patients with completing financial assistance applications and handling collections of payments on account. Educate and assist patients with enrolling into health benefit plans or related insurance issues. Performs administrative duties with patient registration operations in designated outpatient clinic setting.
