Job description

We are looking for a Senior Pensions Analyst – Control Review , a detail-oriented and proactive pensions professional with a strong understanding of controls and governance. You will bring the confidence to challenge existing processes and drive continuous improvement within a complex operational environment. The role has been established to support the implementation and ongoing delivery of the Redhill Core & Large Communities Control Framework. It provides independent oversight, assurance, and constructive challenge across scheme administration activities, ensuring key operational risks are identified, managed, and resolved in line with internal policies, scheme rules, and regulatory requirements. Working under the guidance of an Administration or Operations Manager, you will collaborate closely with Team Leaders, Administration Managers, Operations Managers, and Offshore Leads to maintain robust control and governance across operations.
