As an Operations Coordinator, you will be delivering superior value to our clients with the main objective to grow accounts. We’re looking for a dependable, proactive Operations Coordinator to join our Operations Team. You’ll take ownership of our weekend operations, ensuring critical freight continues moving seamlessly into the week. You'll be the trusted point of contact keeping customers supported and issues resolved in real time. This is a great role for someone who enjoys solving problems, is confident on the phone, and likes working independently while still being part of a close, supportive team. What You’ll Be Doing: Provide operational coverage (5 working days) 3 days throughout the week and 2 days on the weekend (with flexibility on which days you take off during the week).
