Position Summary: ANSER is seeking a Senior Cyber Excepted Service (CES) Workforce Policy Analyst to support the Department of Defense (DoD) Chief Information Officer (CIO). In this role, you will provide expert guidance on CES-related human resources policies, recruitment, and staffing processes, supporting DoD Component leaders, HR offices, and the workforce. You will develop policy guidance, advise stakeholders, and coordinate workforce management initiatives across the enterprise.
