About the Opportunity The Global Change Management Senior Manager will provide change management expertise and leadership for Driscoll’s most significant, company-wide strategic initiatives, including (but not limited to) the Enterprise Business Applications (EBA) program. This role is expected to establish and lead Driscoll’s Change Management function, reporting under the VP, Global Talent. This role will work closely with business leaders and project teams around the world to set standards, enable adoption, and build sustainable change capability across the enterprise.
