Workforce Developer (WD) – Junior Work Location: Washington, DC: Employment Type: Full-Time, Junior-Level: Department: Administrative and Logistics Support: CGS is seeking a skilled Workforce Developer (WD) – Junior to support mission-critical operations for a federal client. Skills and attributes for success: Identify learning needs, coordinate training, track workforce skills, and support employee development through mentoring and upskilling initiatives. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders. Analyze operational challenges and recommend improvements. Develop documentation, reports, and deliverables supporting mission objectives . Support continuous improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency. Qualifications: Minimum of Up to 3 years of relevant experience. Active DoD Top Secret/SCI.
