Description ACS Commercial Construction Foreman: Department: Construction Operations: Reports To: Project Manager / Superintendent FLSA Status: Non-Exempt or Exempt (based on structure) Position Summary: The Commercial Construction Foreman is responsible for leading field crews and overseeing daily on-site construction activities for commercial projects. This role ensures work is performed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with company standards, project specifications, and quality expectations. The Foreman serves as the primary field leader, coordinating labor, materials, subcontractors, and equipment while maintaining strong communication with the Project Manager and Superintendent. Success in this role means projects stay on schedule, crews are productive, safety incidents are minimized, and workmanship meets or exceeds company standards. Key Responsibilities: 1.
