Job description

Summary: Cleans and stocks public and/or service bars ensuring bartenders have necessary beverages and bar supplies on hand to service guests. Qualifications: - Stocks beverage outlets with wine, bottled beer and other beverages. - Monitors pump room. - Washes glasses, bar, and equipment and polishes bar fixtures. - Restocks bar snacks. - Cleans bar area including floors, counters and other surfaces. - Removes empty bottles and trash. - Performs all tasks in accordance with established policies and guest service standards. - Performs all other duties as assigned. - Must be 18 years of age or older. - High school diploma or equivalent. - Six months or more related experience or training preferred. - Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays. - Ability to obtain and maintain all nec...
