Description Status Hours: 40 hrs/wk Cary Medical Center has an exciting opportunity for an Employment Specialist to join their HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and coordination of employment management at Cary Medical Center, performing functions related to application management, and the onboarding program. This role ensures accurate employment records, facilitates onboarding and status changes, maintains compliance with employment laws, and services as a resource for employees and managers on HR policies and procedures. This individual must have the ability to exercise independent judgement and discretion regarding delegated responsibilities Duties Include but are not limited to: 1. Coordinate and administer new hire onboarding and orientation processes after candidate selection 2. Prepare and process employment-related documentation, including wage determinations and offer letters 3. Maintain and update employee records in HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality 4.
