Description The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the physical communities, equipment, and grounds across assisted living communities. This position ensures compliance with all regulatory standards, including Wisconsin DHS 83, while prioritizing safety, comfort, and a welcoming environment for residents, families, visitors, and staff. The Maintenance Technician completes repairs, oversees preventive maintenance, and responds to emergency situations both during and outside of regular business hours. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Regulatory Compliance & Safety: - Ensure all maintenance practices comply with Wisconsin DHS 83 regulations and community policies. - Maintain a safe and functional environment, identifying and correcting hazards promptly. - Participate in inspections and compliance audits, preparing required documentation.
